Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment via PayPal, one of the most trusted and secure online payments available.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

VERY IMPORTANT

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
· The identification of a pricing or product description error
· Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions

Payment by cheque is not available.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery is charged at £8.50 for the first kilo and £2.00 per kilo or part thereafter. Orders are sent via Courier in insulated boxes. We regret we are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries. We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security: We use Paypal for all onlline transactions to give you maximum security.

Privacy Policy: Auldene Wild Venison do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy: All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that our goods are delivered not as specified, we will refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All returns must be completed within 7 days from receipt of your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time. Please contact us by e-mail upon receipt of your order if you require a refund or exchange. You MUST inform us if you are returning your order. Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with all packaging.

You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs and items MUST be returned FIRST CLASS recorded delivery.
