All our venison is hung for 14 days to ensure an optimum taste and texture. It is then delivered to your door next day after order, whenever possible.
Graeme has hunted large and small game for a number of years and is qualified as a professional deer stalker, which enables him to easily detect a good quality animal from bad, before the kill.
As you will see as you navigate around our site, we offer either individual cuts of meat or, for better economy, we also offer meat combo packs containing select cuts at competitive prices.
We have also provided a small selection of recipes for both venison and small game.
