Quality Guarantee
If you have any valid complaint about our quality and/or service, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
Our premises are monitored by the local authorities and the butchery is carried out at a well established local accredited butcher.
All meat is traceable to the site where killed and is done professionally by a qualified hunter/stalker. All animals killed are completely wild and are assessed for quality before the kill.
We only kill wild animals because there is no stress whatsoever inflicted on the animal, which in turn produces the best quality meat.
We use the appropriate insulated packaging and, where possible if ordered before 2pm, we will deliver the following day (unless otherwise stated) by courier. Therefore somebody must be available at the delivery address to accept the order. If no-one is available the package will be returned to us and costs will not be refunded.
