Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10.00, for orders totalling less than £199. Orders totalling £199 or more are delivered FREE. Orders are sent via Courier in insulated boxes (costing £5.00). We regret we are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries. We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that our goods are delivered not as specified, we will refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All returns must be completed within 7 days from receipt of your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time. Please contact us by e-mail upon receipt of your order if you require a refund or exchange. You MUST inform us if you are returning your order. Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with all packaging.

You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs and items MUST be returned FIRST CLASS recorded delivery.
